Alison is Promethean Dental Laboratory’s Finance & Admin Director, bringing 30 years of experience to the team. She manages finance, administration and compliance while keeping customer care at the forefront. Over the decades, Alison has seen the industry transform and embraces new digital tools to streamline her own workflow. Fun fact: she once won a skiing holiday with Mr Motivator on GMTV.
James Mitchell
CAD/CAM Specialist
James brings 17 years of experience to his role as CAD/CAM Specialist, with expertise in digital design, surgical guides and implant planning. Inspired by his own dental and orthodontic treatment as a child, he enjoys the challenge of solving complex cases and delivering predictable results. James embraces digital innovation, particularly AI, as a way to enhance workflows and patient care. Reece’s passion for dental technology began at age six after a dental accident introduced him to the world of restorative work. Now with over a decade of experience, he specialises in digital dentistry, including crowns, bridges, implants and implant planning. He thrives on the constant innovation of the field and the challenge of delivering tailored solutions for every patient. Outside the lab, he’s a fashion enthusiast who once owned over 100 pairs of trainers — until fatherhood inspired him to swap sneakers for nappies. GDC – 263360

Johns has over 30 years of experience in dental technology and a background in art that shapes his approach to ceramics. He specialises in achieving natural aesthetics, with shade matching being one of the most challenging yet rewarding aspects of his work. John values the role of digital dentistry in improving communication between labs and dentists, leading to more efficient and precise results.
